We want you and your little ones to love every piece from Lucky & Me, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
